- Check whether the tooth wheel in the seed box is dam-
aged.
- Check whether the inductive detector is sufficiently
close to the rotating tooth wheel. Adjust if necessary.
- Does the sensor receive a signal from the drive wheel
shaft sensor under the chain guard? Disassemble the
guard and inspect the sensor. See "5.1.5 Inductive de-
tector" on page 84.
- Check the cable, connector and connection of the sen-
sor.
- Has the Control Station been programmed with the
correct drive wheel circumference (usually 240 cm)?
See "2.21.3 Programming" on page 47.
Increase the value in case of too small an area or too
low a speed.
Decrease the value in case of too large an area or too
high a speed.
- Has the Control Station been programmed with the
correct number of pulses per metre? See "2.21.3 Pro-
gramming" on page 47.
If the value in the area/speed field is too low, then re-
duce the number of pulses per metre.
If the value in the area/speed field is too high, then in-
crease the number of pulses per metre.
- Are the doors blocked or wedged up due to seed or
rubbish?
In this case dismantle the glass cover on the distribu-
tor head and clean.
- Check whether the long ram rod of the folding ram is
completely extended and that the rod does not slowly
retract during driving.
- Check the setting on the wing sections, see "2.9 Ad-
justing the wing sections" on page 20.
- Check the adjustment of the cranks on the wing sec-
tions, see "2.8 Adjusting sowing depth" on page 20.
