Charging the system

Preliminary instructions
Do not open the access covers to perform any main-
tenance or cleaning operation before having discon-
nected the appliance from the main power supply, by
positioning the master switch at "off".
Make sure that the main electrical supply line is dis-
connected.
Make sure that the discharge taps are closed and that
the air vent valves are open.
Releasing the pump
In the event of prolonged inactivity, it might be necessary
to unblock the circulation pump.
To unblock:
Access the pump.
Rotate the impeller with a screwdriver.
Operations
Open the hydraulic system shut off valves.
en without completely removing the plug of the air
bleeder valve on the highest point of the hydraulic cir-
cuit to remove any air from the circuit.
Start the filling.
When water starts to come out of the discharge valve,
close them and bring the water pressure up to the sys-
tem's set value.
Remember that the safety valves are calibrated at 3 bar.
When the water pressure has stabilised, close the charg-
ing valve.
Check the hydraulic sealing of the joints.
The make-up of the hydraulic circuits should always be
carried out with the pumps off.
Setting up parameter 104 to position (1) forces the circula-
tion pump to start.
If there is any air left in the circuit, the system does not
operate correctly.

Wichtige Hinweise vor Durchführung der Anschlüsse
Es ist verboten, die Zugangstüren zu öffnen und tech-
nische Eingriffe, welcher Art auch immer,oder Reini-
gungsarbeiten durchzuführen, bevor das Gerät durch
Umlegen des Hauptschalters der Anlage auf "Aus" (OFF)
vom Stromnetz getrennt wurde.
Sicherstellen, dass das Gerät vom Stromnetz getrennt
ist.
Sicherstellen, dass die Ablaufhähne geschlossen und
die Entlüftungsventile geöffnet sind.
Entsperren der Pumpe
Bei längerer Außerbetriebnahme kann ein Entsperren der
Umlaufpumpe erforderlich sein.
Zum Entsperren:
Auf die Pumpe zugreifen.
Das Gebläserad mit einem Schraubenzieher drehen.
Vorgangsweise
Die Absperrventile der Wasseranlage öffnen.
Den Stopfen des am höchsten Punkt des Wasserkrei-
ses angebrachten Entlüftungsventils lösen aber nicht
gänzlich entfernen, damit die Luft aus dem Kreis ent-
weicht.
Mit dem Befüllen beginnen.
Sobald Wasser aus den Entlüftungsventilen austritt,
diese schließen und den Wasserdruck auf den für die
Anlage vorgesehenen Druck bringen.
Es ist zu beachten, dass die Sicherheitsventile auf einen
Druck von 3 bar geeicht sind.
Sobald sich der Wasserdruck stabilisiert hat, das Füllventil
schließen.
Die Dichtheit der Wasseranschlüsse prüfen.
Das Nachfüllen der Wasserkreise muss bei abgeschalteten
Pumpen erfolgen.
Durch Einstellen des Parameters 104 auf Position (1) wird
das Anlaufen der Umlaufpumpe erzwungen.
Falls die Luft im Kreis verbleibt, arbeitet das System
nicht richtig.
