First commissioning

Preliminary instructions
The first commissioning of the appliance should be
carried out by the RIELLO Technical Assistance Centre.
Check that:
All the safety conditions have been respected
The unit has been properly secured to the support sur-
face and correctly positioned
All the connections have been carried out correctly
The shut-off valves are open
The power supply values are correct
Grounding has been done correctly
All connections have been properly tightened
The parameters 100, 101 and the climate curves have
been set up.
Make sure that the voltage value falls within pre-set
limits and that for the three-phase units the unbal-
ance of the phases does not exceed 3%.
Make sure that the amount of water in the primary
circuit is higher than the required minimum of 3.5
liters/kW, for the correct operation of the unit.
Start-up
Position the system's master switch to the "on" posi-
tion.
Check for the presence of voltage from the control
panel or, if not installed, from the LED lamp on the
main electronic board.
Start following the directions in the control panel sec-
tion.
Checks during and after the first commissioning
Check that:
The current absorbed by the compressor is less than
the maximum.
The unit is operating under the recommended operat-
ing conditions.
In maximun power operation (both in cold and in heat
temperature) is respected a differencetemperature
between flow and return of approximately 5K.
The unit stops and starts again.
The unit switch of when all utilities plant are met.

Switching off for lengthy periods

Preliminary instructions
Deactivate the appliance exclusively from the control
panel.
If the appliance is kept switched off during winter,
with an ambient temperature of less than 0°C and

Erstinbetriebnahme

Wichtige Hinweise vor Durchführung der Anschlüsse
Die Erstinbetriebnahme des Gerätes muss vom tech-
nischen Kundendienst der Firma RIELLO durchgeführt
werden.
Sicherstellen, dass:
alle Sicherheitsvorschriften eingehalten wur-
den
das Gerät auf geeignete Weise auf der Auflage
befestigt und korrekt positioniert ist
alle Anschlüsse korrekt durchgeführt worden sind
die Absperrventile offen sind
die Werte der Stromversorgung korrekt sind
die Erdung richtig ausgeführt wurde
alle Anschlüsse mit dem richtigen Drehmoment
festgezogen wurden
die Parameter 100, 101 und die Klimakurven ein-
gestellt wurden.
Der Spannungswert muss innerhalb der vorgege-
benen Grenzwerte liegen und bei allen 3-phasigen
Ausführungen darf das Phasenungleichgewicht 3%
nicht überschreiten.
Sicherzustellen, dass die Menge an Wasser in dem
Primärkreislauf höher ist als das erforderliche Mi-
nimum von 3.5 l/kW, für den korrekten Betrieb der
Einheit.
Inbetriebnahme
Den Hauptschalter der Anlage auf "Ein" stellen.
Überprüfen Sie das Vorhandensein von Spannung von
der Bedienkonsole aus oder, falls diese nicht instal-
liert wird, durch das Blinken der Led auf der elektro-
nischen Hauptkarte.
Das Gerät starten, dabei die Anweisungen im Kapitel
Bedientafel beachten.
Kontrollen während und nach der Erstinbetriebnahme
Sicherstellen, dass:
der vom Verdichter aufgenommene Strom unter
dem Höchstwert liegt.
das Gerät mit den empfohlenen Betriebsbedin-
gungen läuft.
Betrieb bei maximaler Leistung (sowohl in kalten
und Wärmepumpe) wird eine Temperaturdiffe-
renz zwischen Vor- und Rücklauf von ca. 5K re-
spektiert
sich das Gerät abschalten und wieder neu ein-
schalten lässt.
das Gerät wird ausgeschaltet, wenn alle Versor-
gungsanlage erfüllt sind.
