Using The Roll Paper Option - Epson Stylus Pro 7500 Reference Manual

Layout dialog box (for Macintosh)
To open the Layout dialog box, click Print on the File menu of your
application, then click the Layout icon in the Print dialog box
(for Macintosh).
Selecting this setting proportionally enlarges or reduces the size
of the image to make it fit the paper size you selected in the Paper
Size list. To use this function, select the Fit to Page check box and
select the paper size you loaded in the printer from the Output
Paper Size list.

Using the Roll Paper Option

When printing on roll paper, you can choose from the following
roll paper settings: Auto Rotate, Auto Cut, Print Page Line, and
Save Roll Paper. To access these settings, open the Paper menu
(for Windows), or the Page Setup dialog box (for Macintosh).
Note:
When Sheet is selected from the Paper Source list, the Roll Paper Option
(Auto Rotate, Auto Cut, Print Page Line, and Save Roll Paper) is not
available.
