Cause Checkpoint
IC17 is defective. Check the PF drive waveform
output from IC17.
CR motor is Check if the resistance of the
motor coil is as follows: 5Ω ±
defective.
7% at 77°F (25°C)/phase
(Refer to Table 5-1.)
Sub gate array Check the waveform output
IC16 is defective. from PFA0/1 (Pin 1 or 2) or
PFB0/1 (Pin 23 or 24) of IC16.
PFA/PFB
PF drive output
CPU is defective.
IC16 is defective. Check the waveforrm output
from A (pin 6), /A (pin 3), B (pin
8), or /B (pin 21) of IC16.

PF motor is Check if the resistance of the
motor coil is as follows: 10Ω ±
defective.

IC6 is defective. from the SBDATA (pin 24) of
