OPERATING ON SLOPED OR ROUGH AREAS
1..Adjust. the. wheels. while. ensuring.
their.optimum.safety.
2..Slow. down. the. speed. at. rough,.
sloped,.or.sharp.curve.areas..Spe-
cial. care. should. be. taken. when.
moving.the.heavy.equipment.in.the.
rear.side.of.the.tractor.
3..Shift.the.gear.properly.according.to.
the. slope. on. the. sloped. area. and.
avoid.using.the.brake.as.much.as.
possible.

CAUTION
To avoid personal injury:
•
Drive the tractor in the reverse
direction on a sloped area. Driv-
ing forward may cause overturn
of the tractor. Avoid driving on
sloped or rough areas if pos-
sible to ensure safety.
•
Do not shift the gear when you
are driving up or down hill
•
When driving on the sloped
area, do not disengage the
clutch or move the shift lever
to neutral position. If these cau-
tions are ignored, the tractor
may fail to operate.
•
Do not operate the tractor near
a ditch or levee. There is a pos-
sibility of collapse due to tractor
weight. Care shall be taken es-
pecially in soft or damp soils.
PRECAUTIONS FOR ENTERING
THE FIELD
1..Make.sure.that.the.left.and.right.pedals.
are.coupled.
2. It is dangerous if there is significant
level difference when entering the field.
Use.the.lamp,.etc..
3..Go.in.and.out.of.the.cultivated.land.at.
a.right.angle.
4..When.driving.up.a.slope,.take.care.that.
the.tractor.does.not.tip.over.backwards.
. Lift. the. implement. simultaneously.
when.both.front.and.rear.wheels.of.the.
tractor.go.over.the.bank.
5. Significantly improved climbing capac-
ity. can. be. obtained. for. 4WD. tractor.
if. the. tractor. climbs. up. the. bank. in.
reverse.position.
