EVERY 600 HOURS

CHECKINg RADIATOR HOSE
AND CLAMP
(1).Radiator.Hoses. . .
Check.the.radiator.hoses.for.damage.
and. tighten. them. every. 200. hours.
of. operation. or. 6. months,. whichever.
comes first.
1..Tighten.loose.hose.clamps.or.leaks.
from.hose,.if.any..
2..If. the. radiator. hoses. are. swollen,.
hardened,. or. cracked,. replace. the.
hoses........
Replace. the. radiator. hoses. every. 2.
years.

PRECAUTIONS FOR OVERHEATINg
Take.the.following.actions.in.the.event.
of.engine."Overheating",.an.event.that.
occurs.when.the.engine.coolant.tem-
perature is equal to or greater than its
boiling.point.
1..Stop.the.tractor.in.a.safe.place.and.
idle.it.without.load.
2.. Do. not. stop. the. engine. suddenly,.
but.stop.it.after.about.5.minutes.of.
unloaded.idling.

3..Stay.away.from.the.machine.for.an-
(2).Clamp
other.10.minutes.or.until.steam.has.
stopped.blowing.out.of.the.engine.
4..Make.sure.that.there.is.no.danger.
of. burn. and. repair. the. cause. of.
the. overheating. according. to. the.
manual's.instruction..
. Start. the. engine. after. reading. the.
corresponding.section.in."Trouble-
shooting".

ADJUSTINg FRONT AXLE PIVOT

(1).lock.nut. . (2).Adjusting.Bolt
If.the.front.axle.pivot.pin.adjustment.is.
not.correct,.front.wheel.vibration.can.
occur.causing.vibration.in.the.steering.
wheel
ADJUSTINg PROCEDURE
loosen.the.lock.nut,.tighten.the.adjust-
ing.screw.all.the.way,.and.then.loosen.
the. screw. by. 1/6. turn.. Retighten. the.
lock.nut..
