NOTICE
2C1=*: Damage caused by improper footshell assembly. Please do
not use any tool to insert/remove the foot into/from the footshell as this
can cause damage to the elements of the foot.
NOTICE
Risk of damage as a result of improper use. The footshell must not
be dusted with talcum powder inside as this would increase abrasion.
Replace the footshell if it becomes damaged or worn.
4.1 Inserting the foot into the footshell
Before inserting the foot into the footshell, attach the tube adapter to the
prosthetic foot first. This will facilitate the procedure.
2C1=*
Slide the prosthetic foot with your hands into the forefoot section of the
footshell (Fig. 2). Then press the foot down in the footshell (Fig. 3).
Make sure that the foot's base spring is located in front of the toe wedge
of the footshell (Fig. 4) and that the foot adapter has engaged below the
locking wedge (Fig. 5).
2C3=*/2C6=*
Guide the prosthetic foot into the footshell by hand and position the toe of
the foot in the toe area of the footshell.
Hold the foot in the toe area of the footshell. Ensure that the foot heel spring
has engaged below the heel wedges of the footshell.
4.2 Removing the footshell
2C1=*
Push the locking of the footshell to the rear (Fig. 6) and pull up the heel
section of the prosthetic foot (Fig. 7). Now you can remove/pull the pros-
thetic foot out of the footshell completely (Fig. 8).
