Cell Voltage Monitoring

Battery Management System (BMS) constantly monitors
the voltage of every cell. The cells are identified in order so
that the BMS can manage their charge and discharge. It is
necessary to not interchange the wiring of the cells.
1st and 2nd Generation System for cells temperature sen-
sor arrangement is shown below.

Eight temperature sensors are distributed in the battery
pack near the cells to monitor the temperature.
The BMS activates two fans to cool down the temperature
of the pack when the temperature inside the pack rises
above limit.
