Movita lift: Media column with device mounting

The ceiling supply unit Movita lift with media column
can be mounted with an anesthesia machine or an
equipment cart by means of a device mounting and
a control unit for lifting and braking set up for this.
As a result of the shape of the device mounting and
two sensors, it is ensured that the anesthesia
machine or the equipment cart is correctly
connected.

1 Make sure that the support flap (A) on the
ceiling supply unit is raised.
2 Lower the ceiling supply unit completely – hold
down the down arrow key (B) until the lifting
motor automatically switches off in the lower
end position.

3 Lower the support flap (A).
4 Move the equipment cart in the center until it
touches the ceiling supply unit (B). The
crossbar must then be above the device
mounting.
The shape of the device mounting and the installed
sensors support the correct positioning of the
anesthesia machine or equipment cart to be
connected.
5 The equipment cart is connected as soon as the
ceiling supply unit is moved upwards – hold
down the up arrow (C) key until the desired
position has been reached.
Lifting will work only if the equipment cart is
positioned in the device support.
