Installing the ultra short
throw fixed lens
Learn how to install and remove the ultra short throw fixed lens and how to install the support
brackets for the lens.
This lens can only be used on the D Series projectors.

Installing the lens

Install the ultra short throw fixed lens in the projector.
1. Pull out the dust protector to remove it.
Christie recommends keeping the dust protector for future use.

2. Remove the front cover:
a) Slide the upper part of the front cover upward while pressing the front cover from the
underside and remove from the projector.
b) Slide the lower part of the front cover downward while pressing the front cover from the
upperside and remove from the projector.
