Quick connectors (Frame R8i)
1. Read and repeat the steps in section
2. Open the cabinet doors.
3. Extract a supply module or inverter module from the cabinet. See section
module replacement (Frame R8i)
you handle the heavy module!
4. Check the tightness of the cable connections at the quick connector. Use the
tightening torque table in chapter
5. Clean all contact surfaces of the quick connector and apply a layer of suitable joint
compound (e.g. Isoflex
6. Re-insert the supply/inverter module.
7. Repeat steps 3 to 6 for all remaining supply and inverter modules.
8. On frame R8i units (with ALCL-1x-x LCL filter), repeat steps 3 to 6 for the LCL
filter module.
