Data is output from the RS-232C connector on the front panel.

* If the pin configuration of your sequencer, etc. is different from that of the
computer, ensure that the appropriate signals are connected.
The leak tester's RS-232C connector is a D-sub 9 Pin female.
○ Data Output Mode Setting
There are 4 modes for outputting data from the RS232C connector, depending on the setting.
You must set the data output (Data Out) mode according to your needs.
(See page 52 for more details.)
○ Test Value Transmission
1. Mode 1 Test value transmission (If OutData is set to 1)
The test result data is transmitted during the EHX process, after the test is completed.
