(Common operaton)
ZEROIZE KEY "ZERO"
Push and hold ths key for 1 sec. to zeroze the encrypton
key data whch s programmed by the key loader.
After ths operaton s performed, the transcever cannot
decrypt the encrypted code.
SITE LOCK KEY "SLCK" (Trunkng mode only) (p. 14)
Push to lock the transcever n the current regstered ste.
When the Ste Lock functon s actvated, roamng and the
background scan are nhbted.
Push agan to turn the Ste Lock functon OFF.
(Dsplay and non-dsplay unts operate dfferently)
ENCRYPTION KEY "DENC" (p. 41)

Push to turn the Encrypton functon ON or OFF.

ON.

DIGITAL BUTTON KEY "DSEL"
➥ Push to enter the dgtal call type selecton mode. Then
push [CH Up]/[CH Down] or rotate [CH Up/Down] to
select the desred call type from "PAGE," "RDO INHIBIT,"
"RDO UINHIBIT," "RDO MONITOR," "RDO CHECK,"
"STATUS," "SHORT MSG," "STATUS QUERY," "PHONE"
and "ANNOUNCEMENT." (p. 11)
