Dummy Stages

"Dummy stage" configuration can be used to simulate a stage. This feature allows users
to configure and test the system's behavior without having a real stage connected on the
axis.
To configure your system with a number of dummy stages see ESP302 User Interface
Manual.

Configuration files

StageX.ini files:

upon power-up (Stage1.ini, Stage2.ini and Stage3.ini). This file is only accessible
through SFTP connection and should not be modified.
System.ini file:
ESP302 controller also automatically creates/updates a system configuration file upon
power-up (System.ini file). This file is only accessible through SFTP connection and
should not be modified.
