SOLUTION
Plug in to proper receptacle
Remove extension cord and
plug directly in to receptacle
Deactivate emergency button
Close pulley cover
Change speed, see chart in
manual
Retract bit frequently to clear
chips
Sharpen or replace bit
Feed bit fast enough, allow
drill press to cut
Lubricate bit
Check motor rotation
Replace bit
Replace bearing
Remove and replace
correctly

Support or clamp workpiece
Check belt for damage and
