SOLUTION
Clean chuck and quill
Lubricate with light oil
Loosen clamp
Straighten rack
Check belt for damage and
replace if needed
Clean quill and teeth

in this manual
Check belt for damage and
replace if needed
Replace belt
Clean chuck and quill
Troubleshoot motor or
contact DAKE
