Using Christie ACT

This section contains instructions on how to use the Christie ACT web browser interface to enter and
manipulate data within Christie ACT. You must have the proper permission level to perform these Christie ACT
operations. Warning! 1) DO NOT save a script during a show. Saving a script resets Christie ACT's script
management engine. If Christie ACT is in the middle of running a script and another script is saved, the
current active script will be interrupted. 2) DO NOT change or save scripts during a show.

1. Select the Editor: Library tab.
2. Click Add Device Type.
3. Type the name of the library in the Your Device Name window.
4. Click OK to add the name to the Library Items list.
3.9.2 Adding a Subroutine to a Script or Library
A subroutine can be added to a script or to a library.
1. Select the Editor: Script tab or the Editor: Library tab.
2. Highlight a script from the Scripts tab or a device type in the Library tab.
3. Click Add Subroutine.
4. Type the subroutine name in the Subroutine Name window (Figure 3-24).
