To open the Users menu, press
The Users menu with four menu options is displayed.
Press Add User.
The options that can be set for a user are displayed.
Enter User ID
Enter User Name
Add Control Center User
Press Enter User ID.
The user ID options are displayed.
To let the system automatically select a user ID, press Request Next Available User ID.
To manually select a user ID, press Enter User ID and type in the user ID.
To confirm the user ID, press

Press Enter User Name.
The user name options are displayed.
To enter the first name of the user, press Enter User First Name.
Use the alphanumeric keypad to enter the name.
Press Enter.
To enter the last name of the user, press Enter User Last Name.
