6.3.2 Cleaning
6.3.2 Reinigung
 Pull the sliders carefully out of the stator.
Attention!: Strong magnetic attraction forces (note safety instruction "contusions"
on page 4)!
Use non-magnetic material (e.g. wood) to cover close-by iron constructions.
 Clean slider and stator with a soft disposable paper, ideally with the help of LU06 cleaning
spray (or methylated spirits or alcohol). Available cleaners in the food industry may also be
used.
 Finally, slider should be inserted according to the chapter 3.2 "Instructions for installing the
linear motor".
 Läufer vorsichtig aus dem Stator ziehen.
Achtung!: Grosse magnetische Anziehungskräfte (beachte Warnhinweis „Quetschungen"
auf S. 4)! Gegebenenfalls sind naheliegende Eisenkonstruktionen mit nicht magnetischem
Material (z. B. Holz) abzudecken.
 Läufer und Stator mit einem weichen Wegwerfpapier idealerweise unter Zuhilfenahme von
LU06 Reinigungsspray (alternativ Brennsprit oder Alkohol) reinigen. Übliche
Reinigungsmittel in der Lebensmittelindustrie dürfen ebenfalls genutzt werden.
 Abschliessend Läufer, gemäss Abschnitt 3.2 „Montageanleitung Linear Motor", einführen.

All LinMot stainless steel motors have a protection class of IP69K and are FDA fit. Standard
cleaning agents in food and pharmaceutical industries with usual concentration and amount,
can be used for the cleaning.
Alle Edelstahlmotoren von LinMot weisen eine Schutzklasse von IP69K auf und sind FDA
tauglich. Sie können mit den üblichen Reinigungsmitteln, in der gewohnten Konzentration und
Menge wie in der Lebensmittel- und Pharmaindustrie üblich, gereinigt werden.
