Only touch parts outside the machine during use. Other parts might be hot, touching these can
cause severe burns. When maintaining or cleaning the appliance, make sure the appliance is
switched off or disconnected from the electrical power supply.
2.2 Electrical shock and fire hazard
Do not operate any Animo appliances with damaged power cables or improper electrical power
connection. The appliance might short-circuit and catch fire.
Unplug the appliance before cleaning and maintenance.
2.3 Toxic substance hazard
Do not use any Animo Appliances with liquids or substances that are unsafe or of unknown quality.
Do not drink the liquids dispensed during the cleaning process.
3 Storage and transportation
When transporting the appliance:

Make sure the appliance is not subject to substantial vibrations or physical shocks.

Make sure the appliance stays in an upright position.
When placing the appliance in (temporary) storage:

Disconnect the electricity and water supply.

Perform a system cleaning according to the appliances cleaning instructions.

Remove water from the appliance. Water can become contaminated if it is not refreshed for a
long time.

Clean the external and internal surfaces of the appliance and accessories.

Make sure the environment temperature does not drop below 0 °C / 32°F or rise above 40 °C
/104°F.

Make sure the relative humidity of the environment is below 80%.

Make sure the appliance stays in an upright position.

After removing the appliance from storage check the appliance for damage.
