    All modifications to the mains power cable plug should be done by a qualified electrician. WARNING! The Animo appliance has to be fused, either in the plug or elsewhere in the circuit. CAUTION! Do not tilt the appliance more than 5° during transport or use.

    If your appliance uses fresh milk products, make sure that you:  Avoid contamination by working hygienically.  Use a sanitizing solution approved by Animo, according the cleaning instructions.  Wash your hands thoroughly before cleaning the appliance.  Wear safety gloves.

Basics Steam Cold Cold milk is transported from the refrigerator [7] by a water gear pump [5] to the milk frother [4]. The milk is heated with steam [1].
