Check the followings,
! the proposed site is suitable for users,
! the operator can follow up the unit even he deals with something else.
! the dry air sterilizer/oven does not occupy the utilisation space of others or damage
them.

Before Starting The Operation

Attention to the followings,
• Do not heat the samples which can liquefy or expand during the operation in sealed
containers.
• Determine of the boiling points of the samples and set the temperature accordingly.
• Make sure that the samples do not overflow from their containers when heated.
• Do not operate the dry air sterilizer/oven at the temperatures which do harm to the
samples or cause them to deform.
• Make sure that the ventilation hole is open to discharge the gas or vapour which
occurs during the operation.
• Make sure that the vapour occurred during the operation is not harmful to humans or
flammable or explosive.
IMPORTANT! The safety thermostat set value should always be higher than the working
temperature.
4. OPERATING THE STERILIZER
4.1.

Switching On

• Push On/Off switch.
• See that the microprocessor activates.
• Read section 4.2. to learn the functions of the microprocessor.
• Set the values ( see section 4.3) and start the operation.
