5. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

5.1. Periodical Maintenance

There is no periodical maintenance.

5.2. Cleaning

• Make all cleaning after you have disconnected electrical cable from the dry air
sterilizer/oven and at room temperature.
• You may use a piece of damp cloth against dust and dirt.
• You may use mild liquid soap against difficult dust and dirt.
Protect the dry air sterilizer/oven against rust. Please remove possible small rust
before it affects the whole surface.
Please be aware of the undesirable effects of the chemicals and be careful while
applying them.

6. TROUBLESHOOTING

If the dry air sterilizer does not operate, check the following
• it is switched on,
• it is plugged in properly or connected properly to the electric supply,
• the plug is not defective,
• the installation of the supply is not defective,
• there is mains supply,
• The fuses are sound.
Errors Recognised By The Microprocessor Control System
OFL: 1. The chamber temperature exceeds 255°C.
2. The temperature sensor(Fe-Const) endings are broken.
Switch off the dry air sterilizer/oven and call for an technical help.
EOF:
This error code is displayed when power is cut and the temperature in the
chamber goes out of the ±2 °C alarm limit.
The sterilization operation is interrupted. You may re-start the dry air
sterilizer/oven by pushing the start/stop key.

HELP IF AN ERROR OCCURS.
