Calibration, explanations
The pump can be calibrated identical to the standard pump. The stroke length and the metering
volume are stored in the pump. The calibration is confirmed by setting the flag "calibrated" in
DP_Control. If the stroke length is changed, the metering volume per stroke is adapted linearly. If
the change exceeds the tolerance range, an alarm is signalled. When setting the calibration flag,
the metering volume DP_volume and the number of strokes DP-stroke_cnt are reset at the same
time.
I
External operating mode "Batch":
®
(not for DULCOMARIN
II)
The stroke number can be preselected via the CANopen bus (only integers between 1 and
65535). A "Batch Memory" can also be activated to add up remaining strokes (up to 65535
strokes).
See also the information given in the table "Error messages via CANopen telegramme".
J
Data storage
The configuration data (e.g. frequencies, operating time, ... or the calibration data determined)
are stored in a fail-safe memory.
K
Guidelines / standards complied with
CAN standards and specifications complied with
The device meets the standardised CAN specification for hardware 2.0 (ISO99-1, ISO99-2).
This includes the CAN protocol (ISO 11898-1) and details about the physical application layer in
accordance with ISO 11898-2 (high speed CAN to 1Mbit/sec.) and ISO 11898-3 (low speed CAN
to 125kBit/sec.). The device complies with the CAN-Open specification CIA-DS401, the basis of
the European Standard EN50325-4. The controller device profile CiA-404 is complied with.
Alarm
Description
Minimum
If a signal is present at the digital minimum alarm
input for at least 2s, an alarm (see below) is issued.
The alarm is cancelled if the signal is no longer
present for at least 2s.
If a signal is present at the digital minimum mal-
function input for at least 2s, an error (see below) is
issued. The error is cancelled if the signal is no
longer present for at least 2s.
Calibration
If the stroke length setting is changed by the value
+/- HLTOLERANCE (typically +/-10%) of the value at
which the pump was calibrated, a calibration
message is issued.
This error occurs if a value greater than 2
(65535) is generated in "batch operation" and
because of repeated "batch start". The error must
be acknowledged and can only be cancelled by
turning the multifunction switch or by setting the
operating mode "Hold" via the bus.
In case of an internal communication error or if the
pump is not set to the operating mode "bus", this
error is generated.
This error points to an internal pump error. Observe
the error message in the display! The pump must
be reconfigured or repaired.
