What to Do with Outdated Cartridges
The new microcode will be accompanied by a copy of 3708 Enhanced Cartridge
Receive/Exchange/Re~urn
Instructions. The instructions tell you how to do the
, following:
1.
Install the new 3708 microcode
2. Return the old cartridge by:
a. Packing the old cartridge in the shipping carton used to send you the new
microcode.
Please be sure the RID number is identified on all cartridges being returned.
b. Attaching the prepaid mailing label enclosed in the carton
c. Mailing the old cartridge within 5 working-days of receiving the new
microcode.
To receive future releases of updated microcode, you must return outdated
cartridges to ffiM.
