8. Troubleshooting

8.1 Malfunctions

Rectification
Check connecting cord is securely con-
nected. Possibly check function of supply
socket by connecting another piece of
equipment (e.g. a lamp).
Activate auto switch-on (5.2, Page 20).
Check with your doctor whether the soft
start function can be enabled for your
therapy.
Check with your doctor whether the max-
imum soft start time for your therapy can
be extended to 30 minutes.
Clean/change filter (9.2, Page 40)
Adjust headgear/headband so that the
Mask does not leak - replace if necessary
Replace mask
Press alarm ackknowledgement switch
