Before connecting your CyberData product, power off PCM2000 system.
Set the dip switch settings per the above diagram. (S2, S3 and S7 to the right)

When using a Bogen ZPM Module for a single analog Page ALL scenario or multi‐zone scenario, the

The CyberData Paging Server can pass DTMF tones through the connected terminals however when 
dialing the extension, a menu prompt will be heard for our internal multicast page groups then 
silence. It is required to enter your analog zone number followed by # during this silence. End result 
‐> dial Paging Server, enter 00 during audible menu prompt, a page tone will be heard through the 
handset then enter analog zone number followed by #. (e.g. x123, 00, 01#)
