12.4. Call Forwarding Unconditional to Voice Mail

When the Call Forwarding Unconditional to Voice Mail function is activated, all incoming
calls that refer to a certain terminal are forwarded unconditionally to a Voice Mail box of
the Operator (if the service is available).

This service allows a calling user, on encountering a busy destination, to have his/her call
established when the busy destination becomes free, without having to make another call
attempt.

• The confirmation that the CCBS service is supported from the ISDN exchange is done

Then the subscriber will hear on the handset
• a continuous tone or a voice messages when the service is supported
