Les centrales avec récupération de chaleur sont des centrales
de traitement de l'air qui nettoient, chauffent et alimentent en
air frais. Les centrales prennent la chaleur de l'air rejeté et la
transfère dans l'air soufflé.
Ne pas utiliser dans les piscines, bains et endroits similai-
res.
La centrale de traitement d'air ne peut pas être utilisée com-
me un aérotherme.
• Échangeur de chaleur rotatif avec un rendement thermique
jusqu'à 75 %.
• Batterie électrique.
• Ventilateurs EC efficaces et silencieux de débit d'air constant.
• Régulation de la température de l'air soufflé.
• Isolation acoustique et thermique des parois externes 20 mm.
• Contrôle automatique intégré. Connexion « Plug and Play ».
• Centrale adaptée pour raccorder une hotte de cuisine spécia-
le.
• Contrôle avec boîtier de commande UNI/PRO/TPC et/ou hotte
de cuisine (s'adresser au fabricant pour le contrôle avec la hotte
de cuisine).
• Filtres à panneaux M5/M5.
La boîte standard (hors les accessoires commandés en
supplément) comprend (Fig. 1) :
1. Dispositif de ventilation RIRS 200VE EKO ;
2. Supports de montage (partie murale et de l'unité) : 2 unités;
3. Rubber seal for vibration damping:
4. Boulons d'attache M5x25 DIN7985 CT pour les supports de
montage : 3 unités ;
5. Rondelles en spirale 5 DIN127 : 3 unités ;
6. Sonde de température avec câble et connecteurs : 1 unité.
7. Bushing caps - 8 pcs.

• Ne pas utiliser cette centrale dans d'autres buts que ceux
prévus dans sa conception.
• Ne pas démonter et modifier la centrale. Cela peut provoquer
une panne mécanique ou même des blessures graves.
• Utiliser des vêtements de travail spéciaux pour installer et en-
tretenir la centrale. Soyez prudent : les angles et les bords de
la centrale et de ses composants peuvent être coupants et
provoquer des blessures.
• Ne pas porter près de la centrale de vêtements flottants qui
pourraient être aspirés dans le piquage de la centrale en mar-
che.
• Tous les produits emballés à l'usine ne sont pas prêts à
l'emploi. Les centrales ne peuvent être utilisées qu'après rac-
cordement aux conduits d'air ou après installation de grilles de
protection sur les piquages d'air neuf/soufflé et repris/rejeté.
• Ne pas mettre les doigts ou autres objets dans les grilles de
protection des piquages de la centrale de traitement d'air ou
dans le conduit d'air raccordé. Si un corps étranger entre dans
la centrale, couper tout de suite de la source d'alimentation
électrique. Avant d'éliminer le corps étranger, s'assurer que
tout mouvement mécanique est arrêté dans la centrale.
S'assurer aussi qu'une mise en marche accidentelle de la
centrale est impossible.

Air handling units are ventilation units which clean, heat and sup-
ply the fresh air. Units take the heat from the exhaust air and
transfer it to the supply air.
Not suitable for use at swimming pools, saunas and other
similar facilities.
The unit can not be used as an air heater.
• Rotor heat exchanger with 75% efficiency.
• Electrical heater.
• Effi cient and silent constant air fl ow EC fans.
• Adjustable supply air temperature.
• 20 mm thermo-acoustic insulation of the external walls.
• Integrated automation control ("Plug and Play").
• The unit is designed to be installed with a special kitchen hood
(accessory).
• Possibility to mount the front cover (accessory).
• Ventilation can be controlled with control panel UNI/PRO/TPC
or/and with kitchen hood.
• Panel filters M5/M5.
Standard package (without optional accessories) includes

- Do not use the unit for purposes other than its' intended use.
- Do not disassemble or modify the unit in any way. Doing so
may lead to mechanical failure or injury.
- Use special clothing and be careful while performing mainte-
nance and repair jobs - the unit's and its components edges may
be sharp and cutting.
- Do not wear loose clothing that could be entangled in to
operating unit.
- Do not place fingers or other foreign objects through inlet or ex-
haust guards or into connected duct. Should a foreign object enter
the unit, immediatelly disconnect power source. Before removing
foreign object, make sure that any mechanical motion has stopped,
the heater has cooled down and the restart is not possible.
- Do not connect to any other power voltage source than indicated
on the model label.
- Use external motor protection-switcher only corresponding to
the nominal current specification on the model label.
- Power cable should correspond to unit power specifications
(see model label).
- Do not use power cable with frayed, cut, or brittle insulation.
- Never handle energized power cable with wet hands.
- Never let power cables or plug connections lay in water.
- Do not place or operate unit on unsteady surfaces and mount-
ing frames.
- Mount the unit firmly to ensure safe operating.
Rekuperatoren sind Lüftungsanlagen, die die Luft reinigen, erwär-
men und frische Luft zuführen. Die Geräte nehmen die Wärme aus
der Abluft auf und übergeben sie der Zuluft.
Nicht für Betrieb in Schwimmbädern, Saunen und ähnlichen
Räumen bestimmt.
Das Lüftungsgerät darf für Heizungszwecke nicht verwendet
werden.
• Rotor-Wärmetauscher, dessen Wärmeleistung bis 75% beträgt.
• Elektrische Erwärmungseinrichtung.
• Leistungsvolle und leise werkende EC Ventilatoren für konstan-
ten Luftstrom.
• Geregelte Zulufttemperatur.
• Schall- und Wärmeisolation der Außenwände ist 20 mm.
• Integrierte Steuerautomatik, „Plug and Play"-Anschluss.
• Die Anlage ist für die Montage mit einer speziellen Dunstabzugs-
haube (Zubehör) angepasst.
• Anbaumöglichkeit einer Fronthaube (Zubehör).
• Bedienung mit einem Bedienpult UNI/PRO/TPC und/oder einer
Küchenhaube (wegen der Bedienung mit der Küchenhaube kon-
taktieren Sie bitte den Hersteller).
• Plattenfilter M5/M5.
Zur Standardverpackung (ohne zusätzlich bestellbares Zube-
hör) gehören (Abb. 1):
1. Lüftungsgerät RIRS 200VE EKO;
2. Befestigungsbügel (Wand- und Aggregatteile): 2 Stk.;
3. Gummipuffer
4. Befestigungsschrauben für die Bügel M5x25 DIN7985 CT: 3 Stk.;
5. Federscheiben 5 DIN127: 3 Stk.;
6. Temperaturfühler mit Kabel und Anschluss - 1 Stk.

- Die Anlage darf nur für den dafür vorgesehenen Zweck gemäß
Bedienungsanleitung verwendet werden.
- Die Demontage und Montage darf nur gemäß der Betriebsan-
leitung vorgenommen werden (Verletzungsgefahr oder Gefahr
mechanischer Störungen)
- Bei der Montage und Inbetriebnahme muss Sicherheitskleidung
getragen werden. Vorsicht: die Winkel und Kanten der Anlage und der
Komponenten können scharf sein und Verletzungen verursachen;
- Bei der Arbeit sollte eng anliegende Kleidung getragen werden!
- Weder Finger noch Gegenstände in die Zu- oder Abluftanschlüsse
stecken.
- Sollten Fremdkörper in die Anlage gelangen, Ventilator ordnungs-
gemäß stillsetzen und vom Netz trennen. Vor Beseitigung des
Fremdkörpers Stillstand des Laufrades abwarten und die Heizung
abkühlen lassen! Gegen Wiedereinschalten sichern!
- Die Anlage muss gemäß Typenschild und Angaben des Herstellers
angeschlossen werden.
- Anschluss mit Überlastungsschutzschalter gemäß Angaben auf
dem Typenschild.
- Die Netzzuleitung muss der Kapazität der Anlage entsprechen.
- Die Verwendung einer beschädigten Zuleitung ist unzulässig.
- Elektrische Kabel, welche unter Strom stehen, NIE mit nassen
Händen anfassen!
- Verlängerungskabel und Steckverbindungen NIE mit Wasser in
Berührung bringen.
