Using screenshots

When using the Browser or Screen Share apps, you can write or draw on a screenshot and save it
to the Files Library.

Installing third-party apps

You can install third-party apps from the Google Play Store using SMART Remote Management.

Cleaning up the display

After you've finished using the display, tap Clean Up
display for the next user.
For education models:
l
Saves the whiteboard to the Files Library
o
Saves the SMART Notebook file to the Files LIbrary
o
Erases the whiteboard
o
For enterprise models, saves the kapp Whiteboard to the Files Library (if saving to the Library
l
is enabled in Settings)
Resets Browser (clears the browser history, cache, cookies and closes all open tabs, and
l
opens a new tab)
Removes all tiles under Recent
l
Closes all applications, including third-party apps.
