8. Troubleshooting
8.3 Error memory
The boiler control is equipped with an error memory. The last 16 errors encountered are recorded in this memory.
In addition to the error codes, the following data are also saved:
•
Number of times that the error occured: (ñ[:xx).
•
Boiler operating mode selected (5t:xx).
•
The supply temperature (t1:xx) and the return temperature (t2:xx) when the error occured.
To view the error memory, you first have to enter access code 0012
8.3.1. Error memory readout
1. Press the two
buttons simultaneously and then
[+] button until the symbol
bar.
2. Select the installers menu using the
c0dé appears on the display.
3. Use [-] or [+] button to input the installer code
0012.
4. Press the
button. ér:xx appears on the
display.
5. The fault list or shutdown list can be displayed by
pressing the [-] or [+] button.
6. Confirm using
with xx flashing = Last error which occured, For
example [2 .
7. Use the [-] or [+] button to scroll through the
faults or shutdowns.
8. Press the
button to display the details of the
faults or shutdowns.
9. Press the [-] or [+] button to view the following
information:
N:1 = Number of times that the error occured.
hr = The number of operating hours.
5t = State.
5u = Sub-status.
t1 = Supply temperature ºF/ºC.
t2 = Return temperature ºF/ºC.
t3 = DHW tank temperature ºF/ºC.
t4 = Outdoor temperature ºF/ºC (Only with an
outdoor temperature sensor).
t5 = Solar boiler temperature ºF/ºC.
t6 = Flue gas tempreature ºF/ºC.
5p = Internal set point ºF/ºC.
fl = Ionization current (μA).
Nf = Fan speed in rpm.
pr = Water pressure psig/bar.
pO= Supplied relative heat output (%).
10. Press the
button to interrupt the display cycle.
ér:xx is displayed with xx flashing = Last
error which occured.
11. Use the [-] or [+] button to scroll through the
faults or shutdowns.
12. Press the
button to show the fault list or
shutdown list.
13. Press
button 2 times to exit the error memory.
