If the boiler malfunctions, a code is displayed on the main screen of the
control panel. This code is important for the correct and rapid diagnosis of
the type of malfunction and for any technical assistance that may be
needed.
There are 3 types of error:

1. Make a note of the code displayed on the screen.
2. Remedy the problem described by the error code or contact the
installer.
3. Switch the boiler off and back on to check that the cause of the error
has been removed.
4. If the code is displayed again, contact the installer.
An error code is a temporary status resulting from the detection of an
anomaly on the boiler.
When one of the codes below is displayed, contact the professional
responsible for maintenance of the boiler.
Description
Flow temperature sensor is either removed or measures a temperature below
range
Flow temperature sensor is either shorted or measures a temperature above
range
Return temperature sensor was expected but not detected
Domestic Hot Water tank temperature sensor is either removed or measures a
temperature below range
Domestic Hot Water tank temperature sensor is either shorted or measures a
temperature above range
Outside temperature sensor is either removed or measures a temperature
below range
Outside temperature sensor is either shorted or measures a temperature
above range
Swimming Pool Flow temperature sensor is either removed or measures a
temperature below range
Swimming Pool Flow temperature sensor is either shorted or measures a
temperature above range
Warning off uninteded flame loss detection
Reset In Progress
