Arcure customer support

If you require assistance, or for any technical questions on BLAXTAIR®,
including its installation or maintenance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
For assistance inquiries, you will be asked to provide the serial and product
numbers indicated on the Processor.
TEST
The technical team may also ask you :
Whether the screen indicator lights is on or off,
If there are any messages or icons displayed on-screen,
The status/color of the visual alarm,
The status of the test page
The serial numbers on the Sensor Head
