3.11.3.1 « Obstacle » detection zone
It is strongly recommended to adjust the width of the obstacle zone to the
same width as the machine, to avoid any 'nuisance' alarms.
Minimum range (or depth): 0,30m if the « close-up detection » option
is activated; 0.70m if not.
Maximum range (or depth) : 3.00m
Maximum width: 2.00m from either side of the center of the Blaxtair®
Sensor Head. Note that 3.00m (maximum width 6.00m) is possible
with a loss of performance between 2.00m and 3.00m.
Aperture angle: 105° (i.e. at 1.50 m on the axis of the Blaxtair®
Sensor Head, detection is limited to approx. 2.00 m on either side of
the Sensor Head).
3.11.3.2 « Pedestrian » detection zone
Minimum range (or depth): 1.50m. Note that 1.20m is possible if the
"obstacle" detection zone is deactivated with a loss of performance
between 1.50m and 1.20m.
Maximum range (or depth): 6.00m to 7.00m. Note that between 6m
and 7m, the performance of detection can be slightly modified.
Maximum width: 2.00m from either side of the center of the Blaxtair®
Sensor Head. Note that 2.50m (maximum width 5.00m) is possible
with a loss of performance between 2.00m and 2.50m.
Aperture angle: 90° (i.e. at 1.50m on the axis of the Blaxtair® Sensor
Head, detection is limited to approx. 1.50m on either side of the
Sensor Head).
