In addition to the CPX−specific fault messages (see CPX sys
tem manual), the field bus node type CPX−FB23 can register
the following special faults:
Operating status
Set number of stations too
small
Bus connection lost during
operation
(timeout or no transmission)
Fault elimination
Check the equipment fitted on the CPX
terminal and the number of stations
required and, if necessary, increase the
number of stations per slave by means
of the DIL switch (see section 1.2.2).
Check the field bus connection.
