Auto paper select is the default when you use the document
feeder. This setting prevents unnecessary copies due to incorrect
paper size selection. You can cancel this setting.
default: Yes
The paper tray for cover sheet, slip sheet, translucent paper, or
tab sheet set using the User Tools are not selected by Auto Paper
Select.
With the default setting, you cannot use originals of different sizes
when you set originals in the document feeder. You can cancel
this setting.
default: No
If you select [Yes], the copying speed will be reduced.
When setting different sized originals, the larger originals should
be on the bottom. Also, the same size originals should be set
together.
In this mode, thin originals (lighter than 52 g/m
damaged when being fed into the document feeder. Thin paper
mode is the default, but you can cancel this setting.
default: Yes
You can also change this setting using the Program/Special
Feature key. The setting set in the Special Feature mode is reset
to the setting set in this User Tool by auto reset, pressing the
Clear Modes key, turning off the main switch, or weekly timer.
