No System Menus
These are the steps you can take if the system menus do not appear on your
monitor.
If you have this
symptom...
The PictureTel logo
appears on your
monitor, but the system
menus do not appear
when you press the
button.
SETUP
The wireless keypad may not function properly with low energy
F.Y.I.

ßuorescent lights. If you are experiencing problems with your
keypad, contact your PictureTel service provider.
1. Make sure that all cable connections to the
electronics module are correct and secure.
2. Make sure that all cable connections to the
camera are correct and secure.
3. Make sure that the batteries are installed properly
in the wireless keypad or the QuickPad.
See the keypad documentation for more details.
4. Make sure the batteries in the wireless keypad or
QuickPad are not low (on the wireless keypad,
check the LOW BATTERY indicator).
If you Þnd the batteries are low, change them. If
necessary, see the documentation that came with
your keypad for more information.
5. If you are using the wireless keypad, make sure
the system is set up to respond to all keypads or
you have set the correct channel on the keypad.
