Description
WWAN Antenna Kit (includes left and right antenna cables, transceivers, and adhesive)
Before removing the WWAN antenna, follow these steps:
1. Turn off the computer. If you are unsure whether the computer is off or in Hibernation, turn the computer
on, and then shut it down through the operating system.
2. Disconnect the power from the computer by first unplugging the power cord from the AC outlet, and then
unplugging the AC adapter from the computer.
3. Disconnect all external devices from the computer.

Remove the WWAN antenna:
1. Disconnect the WWAN antenna cables (1) from the WWAN module.
NOTE:
WWAN antenna cable connects to the WWAN module #2/Aux terminal.
2. Detach the antenna transceiver foil (2) from the top cover. (The transceivers are attached to the top cover
with adhesive.)
3. Release the clip (3) that secures the antenna transceiver body to the top cover.
