Before removing the solid-state drive, follow these steps:
1.
Turn off the computer. If you are unsure whether the computer is off or in Hibernation, turn the computer
on, and then shut it down through the operating system.
2.
Disconnect the power from the computer by first unplugging the power cord from the AC outlet, and then
unplugging the AC adapter from the computer.
3.
Disconnect all external devices from the computer.

Remove the bottom cover (see

Remove the solid-state drive:

Remove the solid-state drive shield (1) from the system board.
The solid-state drive is not available as a spare part.
NOTE:
When installing the shield, special care should be taken to make sure that the shield is correctly installed in
these clips (3).
