The Service Provider must have a License issued by ACMA to operate this equipment. This
equipment should have been set up by the manufacturer to meet the technical requirements of said
License and should be so maintained.
The BS installation at the site must be tested for EMR in accordance with the standard "Radio
Communications (Electromagnetic Radiation - Human Exposure): 2003 and also the mandated
standards therein".
