A short description of screen options follows:
IDE HDD Block Choose Enabled (default) or
Mode Disabled. If your hard disk size is
larger than 540MB, choose Enabled,
and, if you are using the IDE HDD
Auto Detection option, the BIOS
will choose this option
automatically. (Note: Some HDDs
of old models donÕt provide this
feature.)
IDE Primary Choose Auto (default) or Mode 0~4.
Master/Slave PIO The BIOS will detect the HDD Mode
IDE Secondary type automatically when you
Master/Slave PIO choose Auto. You need to set to a
lower mode than Auto when your
hard disk becomes unstable.
On-Chip Primary/ Enabled (default): Turn on the
Secondary PCI IDE onboard IDE function.
Disabled: Turn off the onboard IDE
function.
PCI Slot IDE 2nd Enabled (default) : Reserved IRQ15
Channel for secondary IDE device.
Disabled: Release IRQ15 for other
devices.
KBC Input Clock Choose 6MHz, 8MHz (default),
12MHz, or 16MHz. There might be
a compatible problem when is
above 8MHz.
