SETTING THE MINIMUM ROTATION RATE OF R6 PUMP

When starting the system, it is necessary to determine the minimum rotation rate by which
the bypass pump R6 enables minimum flow. First use a switch to set the maximum or at
least medium intensity of pump operation. In the controller, select the manual operation
mode (page 27) in check at which rotation rate the pump can provide system flow. Save the
minimum rotation rate of the pump with parameter S6.11.

SENSOR SIMULATION

The WDC controller has a special function installed, which enables simulations of all sen-
sors. With the help of this function, users can test controller operation. This function is in-
tended for the case of start-up, maintenance or testing of a controller.
