Reminder to clean ventilation grille
A ventilation grille is fitted in the plinth
of the appliance.
If the reminder to clean the ventilation
grille is activated, you will be reminded
to dust the ventilation grille after
approx. 12 months (see "Cleaning and
care - Cleaning the ventilation grille").
will appear in the display and an
audible tone will sound (if switched on).
Useful tip: The ventilation grille should
be cleaned on a regular basis with a
brush or vacuum cleaner (e.g. use the
dusting brush for Miele vacuum
cleaners).
A build-up of dust will increase the
energy consumption of the appliance.
Touch the symbol to confirm the
message. This resets the counter and
the display changes back to the start
screen.
