Fault
Receiver units light up yellow.
Machine does not respond to
commands from the remote control.
Receiver units flash yellow in rapid
succession. Machine does not

Fault
The control lamp illuminates red.
The control lamp flashes red.

Possible causes
Remote control is switched off.
Rechargeable battery of the
remote control is discharged.
Remote control is defective.
Operator is outside of the receiving
area.
No clear line of sight between the
remote control and receiver unit.
Receiving units or remote control is
dirty.
Decoder, receiver unit, or electrical
connection is defective.
Operator is located in the proximity
area.
Machine is in the warm-up phase.
Diagnostic system has detected an
error.
Machine is overloaded because
the soil cannot be compacted any
further.

Remedial measure
Switch on remote control unit.
Load or replace rechargeable
battery of the remote control.
Have remote control replaced or

Establish a clear line of sight with
the receiving unit.
Clean remote control and receiving
units.
Have the machine repaired.*
Leave the proximity area of the
machine.
Wait until the warm-up phase has
completed.
Check control lamps and fault

Reduce the compaction
performance by actuating the
