    3.1.1.1 Real-time mode CAN messages are received by the device and sent via the Proemion server to the remote PC. On this computer there may be an analysis software which can handle the CAN messages. A bi-directional data transfer is possible. When higher layer protocols are used, a special firmware and software adaptation may be necessary due to the delay times caused by the GSM/UMTS network.

    It is possible to transfer files of any format. 5.4.1 Reading a file from Proemion The maximum size of a file transmitted from Proemion to a CANlink GSM device is 1024 bytes.     Files which are transmitted to the Proemion server are sent block by block. The maximum size of one block is 1024 bytes.
