Your vehicle's features may be considerably different

The lower anchors of LATCH (Lower Anchors and Tethers for
CHildren) or UAS (Universal Anchorage System) is a universal
system for installing child restraints without using vehicle seat
belts.
The lower anchor/UAS can ONLY be used in vehicles that have the
lower anchor/UAS bars installed in designated seating positions.
Most vehicles manufactured after September 2002 are equipped
with lower anchor/UAS bars.
Check your vehicle owner's manual to see which seating positions
may be equipped with LATCH: lower anchor/UAS bars.
WARNINGS
Do not use both the lower anchor/UAS belt and vehicle belt at
the same time.
When used correctly the lower anchor/UAS belt or vehicle
belts are equally safe.

Storage Location
To Remove Lower Anchor/UAS Belt from Storage
Location on Car Seat:
1. Lift up the front of the car seat pad.
2. Press the red release button on each connector, then pull
the connectors out of the openings in shell.
When using vehicle belts,
using the booster seat mode,
or when the car seat is not
installed in a vehicle, the
lower anchor/UAS belt must be
properly stored in its storage

Storage Location
Attach the connectors to the bars
in the openings in the shell as
shown.
Gently tighten to remove slack.
