Please complete the postage-paid registration card that came
with your child restraint, and send it to us. Child restraints could
be recalled for safety reasons. You must register this restraint
to be reached in a recall. Send your name, address, e-mail
address if available and the restraint's model number and
manufacturing date to:

CAN Registration and Safety Notices

Although child restraints are tested, evaluated, and certified by
the manufacturer and tested by Transport Canada, it is possible
that a safety-related problem may be found. If there is ever a
safety issue with your child restraint, we use registration
information to reach owners.

Please do not send in your registration card if you have registered
