Laying plan
- In the pipe junction area, insulate the pipe to a
length of 2 m.
- Insulate the brine supply line with cold-resistant ma-
terial; zinc-coated pipes are not permitted for use.
- Minimum distance of the lines of 1 m to water and
run-off lines, and to masonry.
- Masonry openings must be insulated and water-
tight.
- Insert a warning strip approx. 0.5 m above the pipes.
- Create a laying plan and take photos.
- The distributor connection can also be made in a
shaft outdoors.

Description
With this system, earth probes are used for the heat
extraction in the earth area, which consist of plastic
pipes with a special plastic head. This evaporator sys-
tem requires the minimum ground surface area from
the earth evaporators. The hole diameter is 125 mm,
the drilling depth and sensor length depend on the
heat pump size. The brine medium circulates in these
plastic pipes. The heat exchange between the brine
medium and refrigerant takes place in the evaporator
set (stainless steel plate heat exchanger).
The required hydraulic components of the brine cir-
cuit like the expansion tank and the brine pump are
already included in the heat pump.
The connection lines between the distributor and the
heat pump need to be accomplished on site. It is not
allowed to use zinc coated pipes!
