ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Leveler Assembly

NOTE
Be sure the two bushings are in the plates on the front of
the center frame and the four 1-1/2 flange bearings are in
the holes in the Leveler assembly
1. Attach the one end of the ball joint leveler link to the
rear mount of the hitch assembly with a 1-1/2-6 x 6
hex screw, 1-1/2 lock washer and 1-1/2-6 hex nut.
2. Attach the front hole of the 33" leveler tower to the
other end of the ball joint leveler link, in orientation
shown

plates on the front of the center frame with 1-1/2 x
6-1/2 pins, 1/2 x 2-1/4 grooved alloy pins and 1-8 hex
lock nuts.
3. Connect the top hole of the 33" leveler tower to the
front hole of the leveler assembly with h 1-1/2 x 6-1/2
pin, 1/2 x 2-1/4 grooved alloy pin and 1-8 hex lock
nut.
NOTE
Rotate the 1/2 x 2-1/4 grooved alloy pins in the hitch pins
until they are aligned with the slot on side of the 33"
leveler tower before tightening 1-8 hex lock nuts.
4. Install level indicator decal to level indicator gauge,
centering the decal on the arc as shown

3-2.).
5. Attach level indicator gauge with 1/2 x 6-1/2 hex
screw, 2-1/4" spacer, 1-1/2 lock washer and 1-1/2-6
hex nut.
6. Install 3/16 x 1 roll pin into level indicator rod with
both sides sticking out evenly. Install rod into leveler
assembly and rotate 90° to secure. Use a 1/8" hairpin
clip to secure other end to leveler gauge

NOTE
When the hitch is in the upper mounting position, the
leveler link is mounted in the lower holes. When the hitch
is in the lower position, the link is mounted in the top
mounting holes. See
"Hitch Adjustment" on page 4-13
for proper adjustment.
